ItsBoomerang is a platform that connects brands with content creators to produce authentic user-generated content (UGC). The Service facilitates content creation campaigns, manages creator applications, and handles payment processing.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Types

• Brand Accounts: For businesses seeking UGC content
• Creator Accounts: For individuals creating content for brands

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Content Ownership

Creators retain ownership of content they create. However, by participating in campaigns, creators grant brands specified usage rights as outlined in individual campaign agreements.

4.2 Platform License

Users grant ItsBoomerang a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display content for platform operation, marketing, and improvement purposes.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Creator Payments

Creators are paid within 7 business days of content approval. Payment amounts are specified in individual campaign agreements.

5.2 Brand Payments

Brands are charged upon campaign completion. Refunds may be issued for content that doesn't meet specified requirements.

6. Content Guidelines

All content must comply with our Content Guidelines and applicable laws. Prohibited content includes:

• False or misleading claims about products
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Content that violates platform policies of intended distribution channels

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Attempt to circumvent payment systems
• Create fake accounts or manipulate metrics
• Share account credentials with third parties
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access unauthorized areas

8. Termination

Either party may terminate their account at any time. ItsBoomerang reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. ItsBoomerang is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
